Hourly rate: $19.40
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
Picking & preparing healthcare products for customers
Processing incoming shipments and putting away orders to proper locations
Ensuring accuracy and verifying the quality of products being picked/received
Actively participating in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
Operating all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
Sorting packaging materials and processing items for recycling.
Ensuring a clean & orderly working environment to improve the overall efficiency of operations

Job Summary:
Toyota Canada Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for an automotive enthusiast to support our Parts Distribution Centre (PDC). This is a permanent position and will report to the Operations Planning Team Lead; while supporting the PDC Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Leaders, Inventory Coordinators, and Operations Planning team. The selected candidate acts as a liaison between the leadership team and logistics partners. The individual will assist the Operations Planning Team Lead with summary analysis to support Kaizen initiatives, pilot project implementation, and reporting to management. In addition, the successful incumbent will work to support the PDC Management Team with reporting and year-over-year analysis of various KPIs; and will serve as backup for others in the Operations Planning team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Receiving Support
- Liaison between the operations leadership team and parts supply & logistics to coordinate and schedule all inbound freight including 3PL/OSS transfers
- Interprets SPAO shipping reports to maintain steady inbound line volumes
- Tracks all inbound shipments to ensure adherence to scheduled arrival windows and carrier on-time performance
- Coordinates receiving/shipping functions between PDC and 3PL Partners
- Prepare & communicate all required and relevant information to the PDC for unloading/receiving operations, including ASNs, incoming backorders, lines, seal changes, delays, etc.
- Maintain, scheduled, and update all inbound deliveries and adjustments in EWM.
- Monitor daily expedited shipments including FedEx, UPS, custom goods, and direct-to-dealer parts
- Document and submit all transport claims for PSCO, local vendor partners, and Dealer Returns
- Confirm receipt of daily dealer returns, communicate POD to carriers and investigate any discrepancies
Operations Planning and Inventory Coordinator Support
- Support inventory coordinators with daily team member requests/issues, stock checks, QPR/PDR completion
- Collaborate with other coordinators to create spreadsheets/reports to support Inventory functions,
- Investigate local inbound discrepancies, and PSCO inbound discrepancies, and communicate non-scans to the TMNA team
RF Responsibilities/Maintenance
- Work with IS to resolve escalated and reoccurring issues
- Investigate user connectivity, error, and hardware issues with RFs
- Communicate with the RF vendor (Honeywell) to create RMA and ship units for repair and reconfigure units upon return
MitreFinch/SAP
- Analyze and present data from MitreFinch for various requests from Operations Leaders and Managers
- Create/Maintain shifts and rosters as needed
- Update TM/CTM information into MitreFinch (teams, new hires)
- Coordinate with Operations Managers to update OL/TM/CTM entitlements and team leave slots
- Fulfill all Operations Leader and Manager daily ad-hoc requests
- Coordinate with HR syncing issues on MitreFinch and Workday
- Support PDC with completion of SAP set-up of new team members TM/CTM/Students by creating user, and resource and linking RF login to the BI; prepare RF logins for new and returning hires
PDC Support
- Administer PDC Work Wear Program (Clothing)
- Submit expense reports on behalf of the PDC staff (Safety Shoes)
- Scan and electronically file all paperwork to adhere to compliance regulations
- Orders PDC Office and Dept 20 Supplies - Reports on usage & cost-saving alternatives
- Other duties as required
What You’ll Bring:
- University degree or College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience (2 years parts operations)
- Intermediate technical skills including – MS Office & MS Excel, Word, Access SAP, or related systems
- Professional and customer service-focused communication skills - both oral and written
