Creative Designer will function as part of the Reach B2B Implementation Services team to ensure timely support with creative designs for mailers/flyers and other communication items.

The role holder will coordinate with internal stakeholders like content manager, delivery managers, sales managers etc. to understand the needs of communication and design and adapt Roundglass branding guideline and design tools to create suitable communication items.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Lead DM in planning communication design requirements for Reach B2B clients
• Gather requirements from delivery managers and understand communication needs of each client and ensure delivery of designs as per schedule
• Adhere to established timeline for every deliverable. Convey to requestors in case of any challenges/peculiarities in terms of design or customization
• Maintain repository of software licenses, design tool credentials, design files as per established RG guideline
• Conceive and suggest design improvement plans every 3-4 months based on emerging communication design trends

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience of at least 2-3 years in creative design/graphic design tasks
• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe suite of design tools like Illustrator
• Good exposure to handling client centric communication activities. Should have good ability to grasp internal/external client demand and delivery quickly
• Resource should be accustomed to adhere to timelines
• Strong understanding and adherence of established processes and branding guideline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
