Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring multiple email inboxes and forwarding any emails as needed. Answering routine emails/customer inquiries. (Mostly responses that just require a canned response.)
  • Uploading and Editing of meeting transcripts in Rewatch. (They produce the transcript automatically, you just need to go through it and make sure it makes grammatical sense and such.)
  • Coordinating and scheduling calls and appointments. (And rescheduling as needed.)
  • Complete entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses, organizing receipts, and completing other transaction records.
  • Provide account access, usage reports, data analysis, and other ad hoc requests for team members.

Contribute to internal database maintenance, upkeep, and data entry.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing operational and logistics for different activities like Calendar Management, Travel management, etc. The role reports to the Senior leadership level and requires the professional to create a rapport with the leaders and their direct reports, along with gaining business intelligence for their units. Assist the Leader in the implementation of new initiatives by project managing, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and adequately reporting the progress and constraints. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Drive employee experience/engagement activities
  • Define engagement strategies for all upcoming visitors from US/Canada with key leaders in Lowe’s India
  • Assist the leader with the forecasting of Non-Payroll expenses each quarter and make proactive recommendations on optimal spending on employee engagement, events, learning, conferences
  • Assist leader with Expenditure forecasting for the Org.
  • Maintain the Org structure and plan for expansion in terms of seating/floor planning, and other specialized resources (i.e SW licensing, iMacs, etc).
  • Help drive communications, key meetings/events, and other mechanisms for connectivity and collaboration
  • Supporting the accurate management and monitoring/reporting of key metrics for programs, resources, and expenses across Business Services.

  • Calendar Management:

  • Travel Management:
    • Coordinate visa application and booking of domestic/international tickets, accommodation, and conveyance
    • Arrange for international calling card, forex cash, S-badge & transportation
    • Expense Management for Travel and other activities within the leader’s organization
  • Point of Contact for HR and Talent Acquisition processes:
    • Schedule calibration, appraisals & mentoring meetings
    • Provide interview slots for lateral hiring
    • Collate and submit monthly and quarterly awards
    • Manage HR Tasks like Role Change, Salary change in the System on behalf of leaders
    • Managing new-hire joining (Raising Day 1 requests, Space allocation, etc.)

Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of proven work experience
  • Experience working on large events and projects that require cross-functional collaboration
  • Team players should have collaborated with multiple teams and worked with diverse leadership groups.
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
