ROLE DETAILS
Location: Hawthorn East, VIC
Salary: $32-34/hour + Super + paid leave
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Hours: 7am-5pm
Child: 15 month old
Start Date: ASAP (as soon as they find the right person).

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This family is seeking a reliable and supportive Nanager to help Mum and Dad with care of their toddler 2 days a week. While the primary focus is the child, the parents would also love support with light tasks to help them keep the household running smoothly. They are happy to offer Part-Time employee benefits and guarantee the standard weekly hours to welcome and secure a committed caregiver who will be a wonderful addition to their home.

They are keen to hire a nanny who is caring and will connect well with a young child - spending the days engaging in play and activities. Outings in the local area are encouraged, and driving is not essential for the role, but if the Nanager can drive then that would be great.

Support with family meal preparation and laundry will be highly appreciated and will give the parents more family time. In addition to reliability, they are seeking someone who is organised to help them keep the household a relaxed one by keeping things in general order.

ABOUT THE FAMILY

The parents are professionals and will be at work while the nanny is at their home. They are laidback, preferring not to stress out about things unnecessarily. They have a routine for their toddler but it can be flexible to best suit what's needed each day. Their child enjoys getting out and about and the parents would really value a nanny who is kind, fun, and who is happy to spend the day doing activities!

We are looking for a Nanny to work with one of our lovely families with the care of their 1.5 year old daughter in the family home. The successful Nanny should be kind, nurturing, loving and engaging with children, and facilitate indoor and outdoor learning experiences on a daily basis.

Plan and prepare meals for the child

Pet Friendly (11 year old Golden Retriever- very friendly)

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Working with Children Check

Current drivers’ licence + Car

Current Covid-19 Training completed

Being fully vaccinated is essential to be considered for the role.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience with children of similar age to child

Child Care Qualifications preferred but not essential

Salary:
