Responsibilities

  • Providing support experience via emails or calls for public figures, content creators, and media companies in Mongolia

  • Develop investigative skills for identifying sources of verification in various cultural contexts

  • Manage high volume ticket queues in a consistent and efficient manner

  • Serve as the primary support point of contact for content creators, public figures, and media companies regarding the verification of their pages and content

  • Support and communicate with public figures, content creators, and media partners, to understand and resolve their inbound product questions and issues

  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to lead creator and partner issue resolution across teams, and troubleshoot quickly and effectively to drive resolution

  • Support charities utilizing their payments, issues, and queries as part of our social initiatives

  • Play an active role by contributing to improving policies and processes

  • Communicate effectively to educate Partners on our Products and provide recommendations when necessary

  • Work with the support team to evaluate Partner’s issues/problems, identify root causes, and derive solutions

  • Able to understand, speak, read and write in Mongolian due to the requirement to communicate with the public figures, content creators, and media companies in Mongolia

  • Advanced level of written and spoken English. A second European language would be an advantage

  • 2+ years of experience in online operations, account management, or technical support in a contact center environment is essential

  • Strong Skillset around attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to drive results

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-changing corporate environment and work cross-functionally across multiple time zones and functions

  • Industry and business knowledge of online marketing space, content creation, digital publishing, and/or media companies preferred

  • Strong understanding of country market nuances and landscape, including geopolitical, economic, and social issues

  • Strong Social Media Savviness

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for all aspects of marketing of the AirAsia Super App for the flights & all other Line-of-Businesses (LOBs) assigned. This includes the development of AirAsia Super App LOBs within the relevant market assigned. He/she will also be responsible for promoting AirAsia Super App's products & portfolios assigned to them.


Reporting to the assigned Marketing Manager - the Marketing personnel will manage marketing initiatives, partnerships, distribution, and market development activities for the assigned LOBs and projects with the related markets of AirAsia Super App.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation, development, and execution of local marketing & market development activities to achieve business objectives;

  • Responsible for briefing campaigns to internal teams and agencies; analyzing, providing feedback, and approving media recommendations and creative concepts; and overseeing the production of campaign materials to ensure the successful execution of campaigns;

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance results against targets set by the business;

  • Reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with them to align plans for the business’s goals, direction, and objectives;

  • Work closely with all functional support teams in PR, Digital & Brand to align campaigns to ensure smooth execution and consistency in communications;

  • Utilize creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia Super App in a cost-efficient manner to build a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand;

  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for AirAsia - building on the awareness of AirAsia Super App as a global brand in the travel & e-commerce space
