Responsibilities
- Design, Organize and Coordinate for events at different locations.
- Communicate with donors and stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program.
- Create awareness on the programs using social media.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Planning an effective outreach and engaging with networking channels.
- Will be the sole responsible point of contact for every activity of the project.
- Manage all aspects of the project including planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, monitoring and documentation; to ensure that milestones are being met for the projects.
- Support and connect with the population targeted by the NGO.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. (English highly preferred)
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
- Previous experience or understanding of the NGO sector in India.
- Proven project management skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience - 5+ years of similar experience in the NGO / CSR sector.
- Passionate about the sector, ready to take initiative, self-driven and persuasive ability.
