Manager - Finance Financial Planning & Analysis
Purpose of Role
The Ideal person will be taking ownership and control of End-to-End all cost as per budget and its variance for the BU MIS reporting ensuring accurate and timely report-out.
Position Summary
- Ensures accuracy of numbers being prepared and presented and in a timely manner
- Must have a pro-active approach and problem-solving mindset
- Provide necessary support to all stakeholders.
- Focus on understanding the numbers instead of just adding and creating a report
- Should have solid understanding of financial statements and their cross linkages and ability to connect the dots
- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Benchmark the organization versus key competitors and relevant industry players to identify areas of competitive advantage
- Prepare and maintain checklist of all items to be considered while preparing MIS report and the all cost budget
- Work with the team to update forecast model with actual monthly and help prepare commentary for variances and results
- Support long term business planning and forecasting exercise in coordination with cross functional team

- LC & BG dates and MIS circulation
- Monthly Order acceptance status circulation as per RMD policy

Position Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Regional Analyst is expected to be heavily engaged with various stakeholders (i.e. Regional, Global and Local finance teams)
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual management reporting and analysis across all areas of the business not limited to:
- region’s financial performance and commercial update
- revenue forecasts and recognition including tracking revenue performance against plan and historical data (by geography, practice and revenue type)
- pipeline update and analysis (weekly review including forward forecasting of sales order book, turnover, key wins and losses and must-wins)
- case, staffing and billing utilisation,
- AR/DSO pay down (monthly tracking of average DSO by geography and practice)
- AR summary and reserves – tracking of accounts receivables with increased focus on reserves creation and bad debts/write-offs
- Run and prepare office occupancy reports and real estate dashboard that will drive real estate decisions in a post COVID world
- Projects and ad-hoc requests Work closely with other team members on projects and initiatives requests relating to data quality, often requiring quick turnaround time. Collaborate closely with the wider Finance team and communicate with the ‘data owners’ at all levels during various phases of these projects or requests. Executes all regular and ad hoc processes related to data updates, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Tableau knowledge: Creates live data visualization dashboards using Tableau to analyze trends and monitor problem areas. Prepares functional process updates to regularly report progress on different functions and programs. Help other team members and stakeholders to trouble shoot data or Tableau related problems.
- Strong communication: Utilizes strong communication skills to deliver insights and drive necessary process changes. Facilitates brainstorming with impacted stakeholders to get to resolve issues and build consensus. Use PowerPoint slides and other technical tools to deliver high quality presentations. Document central processes and ensure regular updates.
- Others: Perform other related duties as assigned or as responsibility necessitates. Support team members by covering critical processes during extended absences and unforeseen circumstances.
- 2-3 years of experience in the FP&A domain
- Necessary ability to work with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
- Master’s degree in a related field is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate succinctly at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent customer management skills to work with global internal clients
- A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Reliable, consistent, mature, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
- Ability to calmly multitask, and learn quickly in a fast paced environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop sustainable solutions to deliver practical results
- Able to work closely with teams in Australia, Southeast Asia or other parts of the world, which will require flexible hours

Responsible for yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, productivity targets, utilization levels etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards
Monitor targets/budgets and course corrections of plan Vs actual, Client wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role.
Review Month close activities for the businesses, support in deal Vs. projected P&L of all new deals, help operating leaders to understand the Key financial metrics to drive efficiency and profitability.
Provide financial support to the business in short term and long term strategy like new site setup, Joint Venture, change in Org structure, cost benefit analysis for new investment, etc.
